@Simon look up what Counter-Strike: Source is. It's an old game that's external from GMod, but this map in particular requires assets from that standalone game. Although if you know where to look, you can download addons that provide all the CS:S assets for you. Pretty sure there's videos about it online.

@Simon the map requires that GMod has Counter-Strike: Source mounted to it, meaning you have to already have that game in order for all the map assets to load.

@bduarte1 If you don't remove them, the NPCs can get stuck on any given prop very, very easily, which is why I recommend to remove them all so that the odds of a NPC getting softlocked is much lower.

@RazLooa No. The additional content provided in this addon will still get added regardless, but will not cause an exception/crash.

@someguy995 Depends on what functions of this addon you want to work. You obviously need the map in order to have the addon import its custom data, but the other two addons are to make the addon fully utilize all intended functions at once. Depending on what you are getting this addon for, you may or may not download Background NPCs.

Im making a config for a Nzombies gamemode, which require me to edit navemesh: I subscibed both on map and your navemesh, but in game i need to edit it in some places, to guide zombies npcs in right/not let them stuck in some places.
Mind if Ill edit navemesh in game for config?

@PogBoyEryn There's no performance difference, unless you have Background NPCs enabled (but that's a given due to how that mod works and is not an issue of my own).

@❤дракоша_тоша❤ This isn't part of my mod; this is part of the map itself. The author himself says you need CS:S. You can always get CS:S through other means if you have to, although I don't suggest you do that.

@❤дракоша_тоша❤ Try +ai_norebuildgraph 1 in the launch options of GMod, then restart the game and try. The file isn't getting written to, or it's getting overwritten.

@4bit321 That has nothing to do with my mod, but I've seen people get this error due to having a tool...I don't remember what the exact name was, but it was something like "Advanced Painter" or something like that. Try removing that and see if it allows you to play the map.

When I attempt to open this map, I get sent back to the main menu with a console message that says:

Host_Error: CVEngineServer::PrecacheDecal: 'decals/prodpipestain01' overflow, too many decals

Any fixes?

@TheCombatFox Only if you make them visible will they effect your FPS. Otherwise, no. The map you're referring to must have been un-optimized.

Say, by putting nodes around, does it reduce FPS too? I had another map with FULL of AI nodes (AIs able to climb. I can't run any more! xD) and it was laggy a bit

@Master_64 They sure do, i can already tell it ain't easy putting nodes all over the place without breaking pathways, redoing nodes again and other unseen horrors that i haven't experience when putting AI nodes.

Don't force yourself to add AI nodes, take a break and returned when your ready to hammer dem nodes! also i forget to add this to my first comment. And that is, You're awesome :winter2019happyyul:

@Walk...Walk...Until you drop :P Yeah, I like doing that sort of thing as well, hopefully I can add full support for any AI for the entire map pretty soon, but these things...they take time :pleased:

This is the place where I get lost. ( But I enjoy losing myself in Xanthys ! ) The sense of detail is incredible, the multiple hiding places are a pleasure to discover. I really admire the efforts that have been made for this map ! Thank you very much for all of this.
I wanted to know, did you talk about events in the map? An adventure in Xanthys could be a great idea! But maybe I misunderstood.
