Everything works properly, make sure you have scripts enabled and deploy the turrets first. There no need for a battery when it has reactors

could you add gyros to enforcer, I used it and found that when I was driving (off cliffs) I needed gyro for landing.

The turrets have to be inside something it's not really a standalone part. The design is right there for you to examine though.
