Just create a longer path , then they not do that anymore . That Customs are vending machines in game , because we not have a config for the customs. So if you create a longer path(way) they will not use it like that anymore.

I have that problem that they are going from security and to the red sone, pays and go to the departure.

But you can try oneway arrows or walls, to make the path longer for the departing pax , then they not use it.

Yeah i know , that happens because i not have the perfect configs for that. sorry :)

I've just added this mod to my airport after the baggage claim.
It seems pax that are due to board a flight are using this to purchase things before going to the ticket zone.

Normaly you just build it at the exit of the baggage area , maybe with oneway paths , then the departing pax can not go in there. The Problem is that we have no customs config , si i needed to use other configs , here phonecharger and vending , and that sure all pax can use. But more i can not do so far. If i can do more i will update it :)

Very nice mod! But is it correct that departing pax also go here? I just put these in, and I see a lot of departing pax heading for the customs.

Like on the picture , build the green/red doors , and on each side some baggage check desks , and a customs checkout. At moment the Doors are phone charger(because that many pax use) , and the desks/baggage checkout are vending machines. That is all what is possibile at moment
