Not sure if you're still looking at these, but I'm having some trouble with the character illustrations showing up during the battle forecasts. I set the images in the char illust tab in the character details section for the custom image 1 and set the ILLUST_TO_USE to 1 as well but nothing it showing up. Is there another meaning to setting a value for the image I want to use?
