That's true. I like the "vanilla style guns" too. Most guns are vanilla friendly, but for example, some are just WAY too high poly to fit in to RF.

But put the same sound into a game focused on realism like Escape from Tarkov, then it would be horrendous.

In the context of Ravenfield I do like the sound, because it fits in very nicely. I have a pretty huge thing for something I call "Vanilla freindly". Mods that feel like they could be original content from the game dev.

Yes, it definitely uses rocket firing sounds. I also don't know how to add costum sounds, since I never tried making a mod, but you could just google search royalty free gun sounds or something like that.

Thx :D! I thought people would dislike the vanilla look of it but i guess i was wrong :). I can easily make it fire faster, but i'm not really sure where i could get a beefier sound / add custom sounds to it :/. It currently uses a rocket sound effect but modified heavily. But it could be something else, i don't remember :). Adding pics soon ;)

So now that I have tried the gun, I have two points of constructive criticism. But first I want to say, that I realy like the "vanilla look" of the model.
1. In my opinion the gun just fires way to slow / the cool down is to long
2. I think the gun would benifit from a better / beefier shooting sound
