I also agree with "PyromaniacSoap". Tried to use the SMG when i spawned and saw some enemies in my spawn, tried to shoot them, and died. Took me using an AUTOCLICKER to realize it requires a charge. And a lengthy one at that.
If this were an OP AE/AD weapon, i wouldn't mind the charge. (I'm using AE & AD to substitute for: Anti-Everything & Area Denial)
But as it is, with two of these being an SMG, and the other an SMG that shoots explosive rounds, i can't see the merit, fairness or value of having a charge time on the weapons.
