This is good for ultra low end PCs. I think its main thing is just ragdoll removal.

I do not remember, you can just open the addon .vpk file with notepad++ and look into it, it changes some variables

It works in multiplayer, also it works on unofficial versus servers

maybe, but I know for sure it won't work in versus (add-ons are blocked in versus)
