You only need to click that green "Subscribe" button on this page. The craft file will be downloaded and should automatically appear in your craft list in VAB/SPH (when you click the "Open" on top right corner), with a steam logo besides it. Let me know if it still doesn't work.
@TheChilledLemon , I see a similar option in the in-game uploader window, but what I mean is to automatically mark a craft as "pure stock", "stock+DLC" or "modded" without user input. That would save a lot of asking and answering.
(I wish steam workshop could implement some sort of automatic stock/DLC/mod detection, like on KerbalX)
