Are there any plans for a revamp? I love this character and her game but its a shame shes just not very viable in rivals

Love this character, the concept of a character that isn't really a character but its just a dream is really cool, it's misterious and sometimes unsettling. Love the Trummel compat, love how he turns into a strange version of himself. Got a question, why ghost woman? Linen could work

Do you mind making the bitty square on the graph bigger? Really this makes it harder for both me and my opponent to know on which point of the graph I am like someone else has already said, so why haven't you implemented it yet?... some readability wouldn't hurt, other than that this character is really cool man.

The graph is too hard to read. I can barely see it changes, but I can't read it at all until the green stuff shows up.

@Seven It's the color of the surrounding space on the original Dream Graph texture! And it helps exemplify that otherworldly aesthetic!

@AI | Ambi sorry, not happening! That's literally the point of the character! If you want the information spelled out for you, there's been a practice mode functionality for weeks in her taunt that lets you actively see the influence change in the middle of gameplay. If it seems random, then good, this character is properly representing what I wanted it to!

I really think you need to just tell us how her dream graph works, I've been trying for hours to figure it out through trial and error and I can't see any patterns towards what moves move the chart where. It seems so random.

@ZombieZach Sorry, I have no intentions of making another LSD: Dream Emulator fighter! If I were though, it'd probably be a standalone Linen hehe... I just personally think in representing Gray Man accurately - as a foreboding, questionably-intentioned, and mysterious character - I feel like these qualities would be lost as a playable fighter. Making him do anything aside from his iconic, intimidating stance just doesn't feel quite right!

This is one of my absolute favorite characters in the workshop. The fact that you figured out how to make a character based on LSD Dream Emulator work is fantastic and she's super fun to play. Well done!

@AI | Ambi are you playing her online in the previous Workshop build? If so, that's likely causing the issue, she was not optimized for that (and will not be optimized for it, sorry!).

For some reason downer dream upsmash is still killing a lot of characters at zero percent. Not just Mycolich and not just on Dark Ruins. I don't know why it does this or what could be causing it.

Thank you, getting that theme from the source material was VERY important for representing this character to me! That said, I know there are folks who are interested in more direct, higher-level gameplay and figuring it out quick, so I've implemented measures for that style too. I do prefer if people try to figure it out naturally for themselves first though!

Thanks, I'm happy it was a pleasant surprise! I firmly believe that any character/game/etc. can be represented in a platform fighter character, it just all depends on how creative you're willing to get! And Plant is definitely a source of inspiration for me, considering my previous fighter, hehe...

can I be honest, this is unironicly good..like I didn't even expected someone to make a fully fledged moveset from a game where you just walk around in a bizarre dreamworld...then again, we have a plant in smash bros as a fighter-

@Jax Good, that's the point! You're not supposed to get how things effect influence unless you spend time specifically learning them, just like the original game! I will absolutely not explain what does what because of that! And you get the Face by hitting four points on the face of the Graph, which light green if you land on them. You'll know where they are if you play long enough, or know an Easter egg in the original game!

I don't understand how to get the face dream? Also, I'm probably missing something, but I can't understand how each attack effects the Dream Graph, it might be useful to include in this movelist what each attack does to the graph.

@luke_hc Trummel & Alto, Kirby, The Chosen One, and Abyss Runes support will all be coming soon within the next few patches! Since they weren't a vital part of the character and will be taking some effort on my end, I decided that taking a break to work on other things before releasing them! Expect an update with at least one of the four done after the Shy Guy patch tonight! And don't you worry, I've had something fun planned for the codec for a loooong time...

@AI | Ambi You don't really "charge" the Dream Graph as much as you influence it. Different moves and actions give different weights towards certain axis, and eventually you'll hit a corner if you use similar moves. For now, you will just have to experiment and spend some time in practice to get a feel for what does what - figuring out the influences is a part of the fun of learning the character! I'll also plan on adding a training mode feature that'll let you see better how influence works in the next patch.

Face Dream is activated by hitting four specific points on the Graph's face! Activate all four of them, and you'll unlock the move! You can tell which ones they are by if that point goes green when you're at it, or if you know a certain easter egg in the original game!

@Quezalcoatl that's correct! The Gray Man will remove Flashback mode too, in the original game. However, i wanted Gray Man to be an offensive move, and not every character has their own Dream Graph, heh. So, the next best thing was to try to capture the mood of Gray Man, and having a constant fear of being caught by him and being helpless for an amount of time was my way of translating that in a platform fighter!

Hmm. I would've thought the shadow man would reset where you are on the dream graph, since that's what he does in the game if I remember correctly.

So good! Character seems really weird and tricky to learn, perfect for an LSD character. Can't wait to figure her out. I also second the whole making dash attack a multi hit or making it a little faster, seems too high risk low reward currently.

It's definitely a weird kit, but it fits given it's LSD.

One thing though; I feel like you could buff the dash attack. It only attacks once and hardly knocks the opponent back, most of the time whoever you hit with it will then just be behind you ready to fstrong you while you're stuck in the long marching animation.

Something that could be helpful would be for the meter to be more easily read (it's kind of hard to tell where the dot is), and I think it would be helpful for you to state what affects the gauge as well on this page, or in some kind of training-mode-only taunt.
