The jeep already has turn out functionality by default. This mod borrows that same function into the LSVs.

It would be nice to have this for the Jeep added by Apex, too.

It looks like the unarmed Warthog already has the turn out feature enabled, and the Mongoose is too WIP currently. Turn out did not work well with armed variants when I tested it with the Prowler, so I'm not sure about the Warthog. Regardless, the code for this mod only works on the Prowler and Qilin.

Would it be possible to patch this to work with OPTRE Warthogs and Mongooses?

The horses are coded more like a man object than a car. I have no idea how they work. You're better off asking their author for features.

If I'm not wrong, it says this is for the Prowler/Quilin. So I very much doubt its works with horses

I’m not sure what you mean. The AI also get the expanded FFV angle, so they have more opportunities to shoot from their seats.
