Kinda reminds me of saya no uta, where only the MC sees the normal humans as vile abominations but the real monsters as pretty

It will conflict only with other mods that change the caretaker/survivalist/... 's looks,or the map's look,the mod higher on the list will have higher priority,it wont "combine" or anything like that
