The car is driving down the side of the road the arrow is pointing at. Cars drive on the right in this game.This mod doesn't affect the game mechanics its just eye candy.

No one said anything but following the addition of the traffic light crossing the zebra crossing got mucked up and I didn't notice - this is now fixed.
