I honestly cant think of why it wouldnt work, you could try to manually install it.
To do that you could download the original in the desc, and extract the folder into your gmod's addons folder.

i checked and i do not i have any and it happened with some crowbar retexture where i dont have the texture on the crowbar.

do you have a different model for the revolver? as in another model

i did that

gmod must be restarted 99% of the time after downloading any addon, especially skins and whatnot
