I found an information that the Chinese used this grenade as well, because in list of WW2 Chinese weapons in the wikipedia, i was able to find that said this

an impact grenade produced in Jinling (Nanjing) Arsenal which had a long "tail" made of hemp to make it easier to throw, nicknamed the "Ponytail Grenade"

The concept isn't that weird, the Dutch made it due to the experiences of WW1 (they didn't participate but saw how warfare was changing)

Sorry if I interject but I don't understand the connection with the P40 Italian Tank and the existance of an WW1 pack.

Like the only Italian Tank of WW1 was the FIAT 2000 (FIAT 3000 is more of a variant of the Renault FT).

this looks like a nerf dart that has a pen function but instead of pens its some blades that goes up some persons butt or mouth and eplodes, the blades inside of it making it a brutal weopon and the blades are launched fast and that it was from a porqupine (idk how to spell that) quills.

Apparently these could easily be used as mines by just removing the tail and burying them in the ground,you remove the pin and then pressure over itt would make it explode

Also i think i wrote it in the description,the tail basically keeps the grenade stable in mid air so that the pressure plate in front,which is the detonator,always touches the ground when the grenade hits,making it an impact grenade
