Garchomp's Base Speed is pretty high if not massively high and its Pokedex entry says that it "flies at high speeds like a jet plane" so I feel this Garchomp is more accurate through its movement alone. Only thing that probably needs changed is Prat Land time which is too low at 3.

The only truly OP thing about Garchomp is that it usually takes 200% to lose a stock. I mean, the sandstorm is annoying, and he has super armor, but that's about it.

Not really OP, especially compared to other stuff on here, but a fantastic mod none the less. Love the moves implemented from Pokken.

Should be renamed to Cynthia's Garchomp. This is one of the most fun mods out there. Good shit.
