It always felt interesting to me that there weren't too many major repercussions for the Emperor letting entire provinces fall under his watch. Then again, maybe they could... actually work together for once. But still.

I really like this mod, it seems fun. About to start a new campaign and try it out. Great idea and looks like a balanced execution - thank you!

Changed Averland penalty to -10 growth.

BTW the penalty for losing Averland could be made more impactful. -2 growth is pretty much nothing.

I really like this mod. Something similar for Bretonnia and High Elves would be fun as well.

It'd be cool to get some bonuses when these provinces are under imperial control. Might make Empire too strong idk.

is there a way you can get it to work for the AI too? Would be nice to debilitate the empire as an evil faction by dismantling their regions one by one

I can confirm that this one works. I got the penalties after Ostermark and Talabecland got destroyed. Not sure what requirements there are for Hochland, though. They once lost the control of the province (the one with just 2 regions) to a rogue army and I didn't get any notification or penalties.

What does this mean for Empire vs. Empire wars? Like if Stirland and Averland go to war and Averland conquers Stirland, does Stirland's penalty affect the whole Empire?
