What would happen if i bring multiple Jesters? Will the chances of finding loot increase or stay the same?

Fun mod; I've been getting issues with it that I've noticed with some other mods.

Not quite sure what's going on, but some of the item descriptions appear as [<trinket_friendly_skill_additional_effects>]; is this due to a mod conflict? I only have mods that add skins to Jester on this front, but this could be another mod in my list causing issues.

everything is great exept 8d8
literaly my 3d use of this trinket resulted with an insta deathblow on shieldbraker (no death door checks or anynting) and - 86 hp on a full health crusader
the mod is great and i had a lot of fun with it but 8d8 really needs a rework

I haven't been able to replicate the crash 小美美 is reporting. I'd try installing the mod anyway because it seems like it shouldn't cause any issues. In case you're still worried about your save though:
You can copy it from your saves folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\100571668\262060\remote), and, if the game crashes and also somehow damages your save, just replace the broken save with your copy and uninstall the mod. I doubt something like that would happen though.

Any update on 小美美's comment on compatibility with pets 2? I have been postponing to play the game to see if you can reply if the mod works or not.

Remember that the Curio chance is like the Antiquarian's: It only applies if you inspect the curio USING that hero. Doing that might help. If that's already what you've been doing, it's totally just bad luck.

@Pseudonomenclature I updated the mod as you said before. I played normal for a little bit then it happened again, I think it's a specific circumstance that makes the game crash. I appreciate the work you're putting in. Just letting you know.

OK I have identified the cause of the crash and have updated the mod to remove the issue! You shouldn't experience the crashes anymore.

@Pseudonomenclature Bug still persists unfortunately. Instant crash when doing the exact same thing. Let me know if you need additional info.My guess is there's an issue with the trinket asset. It locks up when trying to apply all the buffs/debuffs sometimes. You can replicate it by giving the 8d8 dice item to your Jest and keep trying to use Harvest 2. Maybe it's glitching on larger than normal opponents or something. I'm sure you'll run into it if it's not an isolated incident. (lol just used a different melee attack and it still crashed, so it's not just Harvest 2) I guess the only solution is to skip the turn or move him or something to be able to move on. . . :S

Crashes my game, don't know if it's just me. I'm only running the Musketeer DLC and the Apostate Class mod. Maybe there's a conflict, I don't know, but if this happens to you with a Jest equipped with the 8d8 dice, don't use the attack you're intending to and use something else. Also Jest items work on other classes, like Grave Robbers for example, not sure if that was intended or not. (The attack that crashed my game in combination with the dice, was the Harvest 2)

Yeah some ridiculous combinations of effects with bad timing can do that. All you have to do is just load into the save again and then not attack on the turn which crashes the game. Let's call it another of the infinite effects of the dice. ::::)

Okey that 8d8 is nuts... sometimes it kills enemie... sometimes your save... lets have hope that after disabling that mod it will un-crash.

I wanted the probability to amount to about 1-2 trinkets in a medium dungeon so that people could find something to play with after their first run with the mod installed. I might change it to 8% but idk.

If I was going to tweak the chance to get these a bit, how would I go about doing that? I think they're decenty balanced, if they were wayyy rarer, like maybe 2%
