Makes pawns shoot at the closest target/target most likely to be hit more often. That's it.

literially just start patching them on the spot by command, its without meds so the tending might be much poorer but, they wont bleed out on you, and it tends to anyone, enemy, animal, or friendly.

Funny enough I had both mods installed at one point, and they both worked XD, just some odd ways about it,
(you need not be assigned to doctoring/nursing to use med bags, but you need to be assigned to do stablizing actions with both mods active.)
Dont recommend that though as it got confusing til I realized I had both, and just stuck with Stablize here.
Agreed, I wish there was a better implementation of the field medic tending feature, but for now it's the best option I can find to quickly and temporarily stabilize bleeding. I like to think of it as hemostatic gauze vs sutures.
however I dont like field medic as the medic bag takes the waist slot..... really wished the shield belts didnt take that slot or the med bags didnt....
And hesitate to use the ammo mod for resasons too long to type here.
but nice application of adding them all in a group, Bravo, I will be watching this group of mods.
The collection broke for a while specifically due to the fact that 1.1 was a destructive RimWorld update. Finding the "new" mods was a lesser problem.
I have added the mod list (with links) to the Mod Suggestion discussion (I had missed this before, sorry).
I completely understand your desire to keep the flavor close to vanilla. Though for what it's worth, it should be noted that the more drastic mods (e.g. "Run and Gun" and "Giddy Up!" which you identified specifically) have mod settings that allow various mechanics to be adjusted; e.g. it is possible to easily implement severe accuracy/movement penalties to help maintain balance. Just something to consider before dismissing them :)
In any case, I look forward to seeing this mod collection grow! Thanks again.
A few of your recommended mods are already planning to be included. I'll have a look at some of the others. If you could provide some links to the mods in the discussion "Mod Suggestions" that would help expedite the process.
I am curious, have you tried any of the following mods, and if so have you considered adding them to this awesome collection?:
[XND] Proper Shotguns
[XND] Targeting Modes
Gear Up and Go
Transport Downed Pawns
Search and Destroy
RunAndGun
Damage Indicators
Simple Sidearms
Vanilla Weapons Expanded
Vanilla Weapons Expanded - Quickdraw
Vanilla Armour Expanded
Vanilla Furniture Expanded - Security (requires Vanilla Furniture Expanded Core)
Giddy-up! Battle Mounts (requires Giddy-up! Core)
Misc Training
Avoid Friendly Fire
Where is my weapon?
Defensive Positions
Do you consider any of these to be too complex or unbalanced?
