I really love this building. I build it in every major city but I always thought it was weird that it built all the building meshes at once. So I redid the ini so it has 4 construction phases. The first two are for mesh 0 and the last two are for mesh 1 and mesh 2, This fixed the floating floor issue and builds the building from the ground up. The side effect is it still has floating scaffolding. Nothing I did could fix that. Wonderful building nonetheless.

Great building. Looks a bit odd in construction when the top floors get placed before the lower ones and just sort of hang there. Still a great building. Thanks for adding it.

Хай-тек социалистический прям) А есть желание заняться объектами для создания парка? Пусть будут образовательного, развлекательного, пропагандистского (монументы) содержания. Можно и общепит, со статичными моделями аттракционов. Думаю было бы востребовано.
