Basically if your game runs smooth, with good performance, you want the image to be delivered cleanly and smoothly to your eyes, but simply bounching it non-stop can be distracting.

Always do a backup of your savefiles before you try any mods. And check the save file folder if you find any savefile.bak files *savefile is only an example name. They are located in My document\My games\Skyrim\Saves. Example: Rename the savefile.bak to Tanoman666.ess or what you want, but you need the extension .ess
