Thank you for reporting the issue.

I was able to confirm the problem. The cause was that the surgeries on the RBSE side were basically all Easy difficulty, so they were deleted from the base settings. It seems that the error was caused by adding surgeries that correspond to Easy difficulty in the new DLC. I will update the fix immediately.

it seems that the DE_Anomaly_Recipes_Surgery.xml lists a "CureInjuryDigested" with ParentName="SurgeryEasy", but the parent RecipeDef is not declared.

I've redownloaded the mod & searched with Notepad++, but only found "SurgeryNormal", "SurgeryHard" and "SurgeryVeryHard" RecipeDefs in the Recipes_RBSE_Surgery.xml

With the update of Humanoid Alien Races 2.0 for RimWorld 1.2, No longer need a patch to apply the DE Surgeries cures.

Those who are playing in the race with the 1.2 version of " Humanoid Alien Races 2.0 " will no longer need to subscribe race patch (Sub-Mod). However, such as for Dubs Bad Hygiene and Alpha animals will still be required.
