why do some of the props in the map have like a weird color even though its dark, it turns like white and it looks bad

My game deliberately crashes the second the map tries to open. Any advice?

@Willy Wenis Ares Mines gives me an unplayable FPS, like 10 - 15 for some reason i don't know why. I can't work with my nodes on that. Sorry.
