I really don't like how the only way to move atmosphere from place to place is a giant pump and a bunch of ducting. Kind of annoying how there's no fans.:steamsalty:

@Romen whenever your fixed version of this mod drops, will the existing fan tiles from the old mod be replaced by the new ones? My colony has some compressor turbines that are holding back a lot of fluid and them disappearing would cause some major mayhem for my dupes. I would like to know if I should roll back to a previous version and seal them off before updating.

Waiting for this to get upgraded to start playing the DLC. I'd forgotten how annoying and complex door compressors are. Wish I knew how to do it myself.

@crashfly - the vent is the part that outputs gas, if it's obstructed the fan won't work.

Along with the yellow, purple, orange, red, and blue types, might be nice to have an additional one, for a bidirectional/togglable fan. Basically one that can be reversed based on some control input. Might have to be 2 wide tho, so it has an input power and control spot.

Love the mod, it gives utility where regular pumps are clunky and annoying. Less to animate too i venture. But. Fans don't change temperature. They should be affected by surroundings like other buildings. All it would take is a pipe with coolant running through them to counter this. They should also generate heat. Also the power cost for compressors could easily be 3-5x higher. After all, it takes increasingly more power to push gas into an pressurized room. At least, that is what sounds right to me. Your feelings may be different.

Can you make the Fan Sprite model to make it more like a closed Tile. Make it a whole Square. Right now it looks like the machine fan is so vulnerable and open, or like someone may trip over when placed as a floor.

Seems to be what I would describe as a bug for this mod. When placing fan tiles {basic yellow fan block} next to an airflow tile, the fan block give a message "Gas Vent Obstructed".
I was under the impression that airflow tiles still allowed air to pass through them.

I have but one suggestion. A filtered Fan/turbine Maybe they use 90w and cost a bit more than normal fans. idk. Thank you for the mod!

Could you maybe update the textures/sprites to show direction for when fans have been placed, alternative, maybe make the visual display show when you click an a placed fan. Beside that, very great mod, good work :)

Love the mod, but it's missing one little thing. Today I learned extremely high pressures (>60000 psi) kill germs. Would be nice to have that added if possible.

I don't think I will. You can always make a bigger box with more of the fans to increase the g/s. The compressor one's a pretty powerful already. I don't know if it's fair to the existing mechanics in game to make them any stronger.
