Not yet looked at sending my crew on a vacation (still out on patrol), but was playing yesterday with full release build 2024.1 and wasn't having any issues.

It works with the latest update BUT you get the old 14 days vacation allotment instead of the new 21 days. Other than that, still a great mod, adding historical flavor.

I do not think this will work in 2022.1 update, there were some changes in vacation stuff, prices and duration.

I have never used vacations before nor did I know it was a feature. I presume you do not actually get to walk around a Resort or Paris in first person.

@Menace Why not have the "local bar" changed into "Leave for home"?
The 1000 going on fictive transportation, The sailor would have time to think when they got home and their moral could remain unaffected as many would be unhappy about leaving their families again

I agree with Deerol, the good, old homeleave to the family should be in there as also a short one for the local bars and "lady houses". It doesn't make sense to have the local bar one 14 days long..two or three days at most.

Nice vacation locations. But what about the good old home leave? Not every sailor wants to go to Paris or the Alps or even Berlin. Most of them just want go home to see their beloved wifes, kids, friends and family. To see their familys and spend some time with them is much important for the mental health of a soldier or sailor on a warship.
There should be another option for home leave that gives a bigger boost to moral or something similar but a lesser boost to XP

@jerieff I originally had the local bar as a weekend long thing, but I think why the developers had long vacations was to push the timeline forward quicker. Just think of the local bar thing as a 2 week long vacation between patrols and during that time they go hang out at the local bar.

Can you make the Local Bar and La Rochelle a ONE day vacation with return at 10:00 next day to recruit crew or buy at the warehouse. For me, 14 days off just seems so long for these both since they are only local trips. Maybe make the bonus of +10% XP gained after being a week in nearby port with the Local Bar chosen every day for 7 straight days. Is that possible?? I like the other vacations. Great work.

Only the size in general, these fields do not change with me and because you can't see the 7 officer because of the clock below you have to go down to about 65 percent. This change is apparently not taken over by the text fields.

by 1287 and the timer in the bottom center I had to reduce the size of the user interface. Thereby much to me on that it comes to faulty representations with the holiday selection. The descriptions seem too large and cut off.

"Eagles Nest" is not the recidence of Hitler and other top nazis though. Eagles Nest was a tea house called the "Kielstein haus" and Hitler was only up there a few times. The actuall residence was below the "Eagles Nest" mountain in the Obersalzberg valley (Berchtesgaden).

@Ryan Original was like that, but I altered it back. It's to push the timeline forward. I'm thinking the devs did that on purpose for that reason.
