In my campaign as Shi Xie, using the "Grant familly Independance" option in the court tab does create a new faction, but this faction doesn't become my vassal. (losing all the point of doing it). It works without the mod.

and this mod affects 'threat' mechanism more precisely than vanilla, which adds 'threat' near factions stronger than them. so If they feels you're powerful than them, they'll hate you, especially their personality is more warring oriented.
or If you use another AI difficulty / Diplomacy changing mod it would be broken surely.
혹시 엔드게임모드로 진행하다가 중도에 변경이 가능할까요? (엔드게임 적용안되도록)
삼국정립을 했는데.. 황제달면 위나라와 오나라가 자동합병이 되네요..
The problem is spies; i play VH/VH and when I insert a spy on some faction, it always immediatelly wants to defect my faction. This happens even as soon as turn 10 and I can't even "mantain loyalty" The thing is, I can't even use spies and that's a shame..
I don't know if the issue is because of TROM or because of WARLORDS but if it's WARLORDS it would be nice if you tweek it.

If it touches the campaign AI side, It would not work. (that means If it modifies AI behavior or AI income, game will have some strange situation)
or If it only touches balance and TROM units / heroes, than it would work, but could affect some in-game balance due to some hero / unit changes. (but it is not that big)
