I disabled literally every addon I could. Restarted the game, the sights are still lower. Kobra and EOTech work fine but the others are not centered.

well this would be an interesting concept. i mean for example, when you survive an explosion near your position your coyote sight, Kobra or EO tech sight can be damaged and aiming with the sights would be extremely difficult. Imagine having a realistic FPS shooter where your sights can be damaged from anything, wouldnt be that cool??

I don't know about anyone else but I like broken and worn out stuff for some reason. It's not practical but I'm not exactly playing GMod for hardcore pro gamer tactics, I just like stuff that looks cool and I think broken, dirty, or worn down stuff looks really cool.

Asking this purely out of curiosity...why would anyone download an addon that gives them broken sights?

I'll look into the Vityaz conflict. Not sure why the EoTech sights would be low though. If they look lower than they do in my screenshots then it might be a conflict with something else.

It looks like its conflicting with the PP-19 Vityaz. The EOlad sight is broken on that gun. Also, all of the EOTech sights are way too low for me. Not sure if its conflicting or something.
