With the next update, Luigi will finally be completed (without considering extra stuff).
Even tho it's almost ready, some work it still needed.
This is the situation so far:
- TPose Luigi was a memey placeholder and ready to be replace by an actual move
- Thunder hand is being worked on, as well as a new default, that will allow to switch between fireball or thunder (still on a early wip stage).
- Luigi's Missile still need some works. I was planning to add the misfire as well but it's a bit early for that
- and more...

About TG Luigi having better moves, i'm not gonna do much about it. I tried the character and i can agree with you, it's a fun character at least in my opinion
I still need to finish some stuff, at the moment i'm working on a special extra move...
It useless as a recovery since it has high end-lag but great as a stalling move since you can use it in the air a lot of times
