I would suggest checking out the newer version, "BAM PACK", which includes this mod and is a little more up to date. No idea if it's still working tho.

Subscribe, then either find a server using the mod or go into single player and "@give [ITEM_ID]" to spawn in the item.

You can always edit a map so that it spawns modded items. My next pack may include spawn tables.

The XM-109 does not feature a longer barrel. You are probably are referring to the M82.
