What is folder I should drag it to whic other mod folder name? model? or something?

Base Mod should , but idk about the IIopn ones.

Does this work with the 1.5 update?

If you have all IIopn mods , I would suggest getting other patches as well.
Also MBWS is a crucial base to have.

Just to be sure, I only download this one, not any of your other sound patches, and then use all of llopn's animations with it?

Get GCFScape , that way you can open the .vpk files , make a folder inside the custom folder , named literally anything , and then extract the folder from the vpk in your folder.

Also, I did already have a custom folder set up. I don't know how to open the VPKs and manipulate them like how you explained, but at the moment I'm pretty invested to learn how to do it. If you could show me how to get started then that would be great and I'll get out of your hair.

Oh. I didn't know I could do that. I'm not as well-versed in fiddling around with VPK files. I should give that a try though.

I mean , you can literally make a folder in custom , open the .vpks and paste all their content their:
/Black Mesa/bms/custom/MBWS/sound/weapons/

Would it be possible to add all the patches in a single mod? I recently found out that for some reason having too many mods forces the subtitles to disable, and for some reason its kinda distracting for me
