In my opinion it should work like Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, but give bonus to science for few turns.

i think it would be better as a natural wonder but since (as far as im aware) you need BNW to do that oh well. anyways, I think this is awesome and cant wait to see some of your other stuff

@sctootkbeers: Dont get on steam if your going to be rude were not all made of money. Besides I know plenty of people who mod in spare time to build up a resumay.

@scott, I have 1 part time job, I have 1 non-paid internship. What I spend my money on is a very delicate balance between fun and food. I also owe a little bit from a 4 year college loan. Buying a DLC to a game I DONT PLAY but only mod for isnt a high priority for me
