Perhaps green boy could lose double sanity the sanity from ghosts? Also I agree with the lantern as starting item, similar to Willow's lighter.

He needs to lose sanity faster than normal characters (due to him being scared) and maybe a little less damage and he loses hunger slower (for balancing and since luigi is skinny i don't think he has hunger problems) These are suggestions also the Poltergusts as a craftable item is a cool thing to add (from omni king of justice)
