For some reason, on the Garbage Update, this will not show up under Excavator. Only the Bulldozer version appears. Any suggestions as to how to fix it?

How about old nuclear execavator for the 1960? Exspencive, crude looking and with a reactor strapped on. But does the job.

For most of my terraforming actions these nice machines are a bit to late.

yes it's on terraformation it's not great.
but also why everyone runs up against cards
without any flat ground at all? to believe that nobody knows the plains or meadows of flat country
