I am unsure what other info you need, I think what you have listed is plenty.

I just am new and was unsure if there was a quick way in game to just move a floor up , I think what you said about copying it up a floor is what I was describing.

sorry for the long delays i had no idea that anyone would subscribe to this XD. just help me out by telling be info i need, im also designing a building with a lobby but its kinda ugly rn so i have to work on it

what you would have to do is copy that floor up to the next floor and replace that one with another floor that i can design for you that has alot of space if that is to much u can build around it

Probably not the best place to ask, but you mention moving the top floor up as you expand the building. Is there a way in game to do this with out destroying all of the floor then just blue printing the floor back in?

@theigabod all the furniture is vanilla, it has 9 computers, its 17 blocks long and 14 blocks wide and costs a total of $457,428

Does it require modded furniture or anything? Or is it vanilla? How many computers are there? What is the grid sizing of the building? There are a lot of important things not mentioned that would be helpful in knowing if I should subscribe or not.
