@BloodRaven You can't edit the vanilla imperial units since the capes are embedded within their models, you need to make their cape texture invisible so you can add another. Though, If I remember correctly, you can edit the capes in mine.

Do you know how to get rid of or swap the capes for Imperial unit sets? I tried to add unique capes from the generals, but they are clipping together.
Tried to add these lines

Hi, my Imperial units' shoulder armor are different from your pictures, they look just like the the protector of the heaven's shoulder. Any idea?

The new update broke some yellow turban units, for example Gallants of the People have no faces and a unit I forgot have no body. I think you should check.

-New armor textures for all Imperial units
-Fixed broken tunics for Defectors, Poachers, Yaoguai Hunters
-Redesigned Qiang Warriors
-Redesigned Bringers of Peace
-Fixed Messengers of Heaven bug
-Minor design adjustments to some units

-All the Imperial units will use different ornate tunics now (as it was in vanilla)
-10 new bearded face variants for Qiang units.

@Lambidasz Try deleting the launcher folder @ run >AppData >>Roaming >>The Creative Assembly.

@deema , yes i did...even the camera mod doesnt work, every patch and update of the game always desable all mods, not one show's up in game, i dont know what to do

someone help please, i got all dlcs , vanilla game starts normal , any mod that i m put, never shows up in the game
i already reinstall the game and corrupt files and stuff, the mods doesn't show up in game
