I think I know where the issue is as well.
In your character_skill_level_to_effects you have:
81 extra levels which are applied to the lord when you start taking said skill levels even if the effect is empty.
I'll try to change:
- Effect Key to wh_main_effect_force_all_campaign_experience_base_all
- Value 0
- Effect Scope general_to_force_own
So rather than giving extra levels to the character - it will give 0 extra experience to the army (win-win) you could probably also have Empty_Effect I think the main part is that you add 81 levels to the character (even if the value is 0).
Do like that you have MP support - however there is a minor issue with this mod.
Unlike say More Skill Points (Less Overpowered) yours have the level glitch in it. This level glitch makes it impossible to keep Dark Elves, Skaven and Vampire Coast lords loyal as the normal Lords ends up being level 102 - far higher than your Legendary Lord which incidentally means that they can never gain loyalty and lose loyalty every turn.
Would you be able to look in to this :)?
