Probably an in-joke. On modders discord servers I've never hidden the fact that I dis-like this mod. I didn't enjoy making it, I've never tried improving it, the model is inaccurate, it's scaling and dimensions are off, the materials are horrible and the textures are awful and low-res. It's never been updated since it was published.
But for some strange reason, it's one of my most popular releases ever, which irritates me to no end. So it's still on the workshop because of it's inexplicable popularity.
But sure, go use the other one. It's way better.

The 221's [XCountry] had the tilt mechanism disabled anyway to reduce maintenance/costs @AgungD43.
No, for the same reason as it didn't tilt in TpF1...
Firstly, it's the 220, this class didn't tilt anyway. The 221s had the tilting mechanisms.
Secondly, tilting trains just aren't a feature, there's no way of doing it, the devs just haven't implemented it in the game engine...
