I have checked it and the sounds still works for me.
You could try to un-subscribe this mod, launch the game (no need to load a map), then quit the game, quit steam and then subscribe again this mod. It should reinstall the files.
I don't know if all those steps are useful, but in some other games with workshop, there was no other way to re-download the files of a mod.

Nice mod, but I need a little help. Either the download messed up or something else happened, but I'm not hearing any engine sounds with the 48 or the 78. What would be your assumption?
