@Ryd I did it because gangs are notorious for running drug trades in their city, if a dealer is not paying them off, they are competition and they don't competition.

i feel like not being able to sell to gangsters cuz there hostile is bad considering they usually hang out around dealers

The hood on the actual dealer has is too closed it makes him look like Kenny from South park, This makes it look more loose fitting and baggy.
