Found an issue / bug with this, my friend and i have experienced multiple cases where, if we got killed when in a vehicle either by getting shot out of it, the vehicle blowing up, falling to ur death, all seems to make it so, whenever you get injured after respawning and you use self interaction or interaction Ace says you arent wounded but your character i behaving like they are wounded, being completely unable to heal up, sicne the game is now behaving like the Default Arma 3 medical is enabled.

Best bet is acquiring compat patches which match this version of ACE3. Unfortunately, due to some scripting nuances, this has to be a standalone copy.

It still triggers the "dependencies missing" thingy for like, 8 of my mods. Is there any way to fix this? Maybe you could just make this an addon for ACE3, instead of a standalone ACE3 copy.

This is a totally standalone version of ACE3 from before the botched medical rewrite. It's the whole thing, so no need to use the original ACE3 with it.

It sounds like that error is from a compat or mission needing a newer version of ACE.

The easiest way is to procure older compats meant for the prior version of ACE.

All I had to do was remove references to new ACE medical and it seems the AI actually respond to bullets now. What a world. You da bomb.

I like to assume worst case scenario for these things, so yeah, I would advise you to expect that.

I would probably expect some config work needing to be done. They added some stuff here and there in the dark ages. If you're using missions that predate the new ACE, you'll be A-OK.

Note to others, I have also gotten "ace_medical_menu.pbo is outdated" on DRO when I thought I had disabled official ACE but accidentally had both enabled. Thanks for the upload, saved my game.

I put this in the load order right where ACE was before and disabled the original mod, but when I try loading scenarios (mainly DRO) it kicks me back to the main menu and says ace_medical_menu.pbo is outdated. What am I doing wrong?

THANK YOU! Testing this on our server tonight. Updated ACE was borderline unplayable. If this works without CUP and RHS compat issues it will make a lot of guys happy!

Turns out the file location I was changing was not the sqm in the right location. Removing all of ACE made no difference to my particular mission so its now playable again to its full glory. Thanks for the old version though. seems like arma got destroyed by the latest version of ACE lol

Mod should be signed, @FOXZZ. @ShadowHog, the medical stuff is still intact. @ShadowHog, if you make a mission with ACE3 loaded, then that mission has a very entrenched ACE dependency.

Finally im imensly confused as my open up my non binarized SQM and there is no addons [] for ACE required yet I cant open the mission up without this ACE Medical tratment and ACE medical engine? how is it getting into the requirements if its not in the sqm?
