@Earth Defence Force! - Typically with repaints, I follow the settings of the model I'm repainting. For some reason, Urban Games lowered the speed of the U.S. freight cars from 99 mph (in TpF1) to 75 mph (in TpF2). I don't personally mind as I typically run my U.S. freight at about 75 mph, so I left the setting.
