Correct me if I'm wrong. But the prisoners in GTA 5, if I remember correctly, don't have actual voice lines.

One time, I actually stopped my car for him, he stoled it, I spawned a bike, went after him and destroyed the car.
The car was a Renault so, nothing of value was lost :D
