It gives error :
Require maximum of 17 teas for Vtora Liga, found 18
Require minimum of 18 teams for V Group South-East, found only 17

Update: Vtora Liga now goes back to 18 teams from the 2020/21 season onwards (17 teams first season) like in real life. Also fixed some teams' regional divisions that I missed before.
