The trace shows the crash in StatusItemGroup.Entry.GetName. I don't invoke that method at all. It's invoked by vanilla SelectToolHoverTextCard.UpdateHoverElements. I target it in my transpiler, but the call is unmodified. The trace only shows BetterInfoCards due to how transpiling works.
TL;DR: I am 98% sure that crash is solely caused by Container Tooltips and that your fix does nothing to prevent it. Let me know if I'm missing anything though.
It crashes not that often - 3 times so far. Cannot get any specific steps but I just dig something and it crashes.

Can you reproduce the issue with no other mods installed? Are there specific menus that cause issues, or all of them?

While the stack trace suggests the bio inks mod, better info cards is the one that is redded out during crash, so I am posting to both pages, apologies if it is not a specific incompatibility to your mod.
I believe the crash occured due to double clicking printing pod, but I have not been able to reproduce by spam left or right clicking either it or bio inks.

Can you update your mod for compability with new addon?
In my opinion, this mod is almost the first one that should be installed by all players to improve the game... And I can't imagine how to play without it...
There are small feature request. Now cards go right-down from cursor.
Is it possible to change direction to be right-up, and turn this either by hotkey or if current object is blueprint of ceiling light?
Ceiling light shows lit area on building it, but right half of this area always covered by info-cards, so placing ceiling light is now unpleasant, especially in non-trivial designs

Any grouped card with a Σ can be selected normally by clicking through the cards. This will select the first item in that group (since selecting multiple objects isn't a thing in ONI).
You can hold shift while clicking to cycle through items within a given group.
For instance, i have one Σ stack with 150 tonnes at 10°C and other with over 1000 t at 80°C on top of the same tile, i would like to select only the ones at 10° without having to go trough all of them one by one.
