@maskmaster64 You can play as Butters. But the mod replaces Louis with Butters so you'd have to choose between that mod and this mod.

well i just checked, and it doesnt seem to show for workshop items anymore. but you can go into your addons/workshop files, find the image of the south park survivors, then drag the file with the same name of the image into your addons, thats the previous folder. then it works with new names

try waiting for your addons to load if you havent, before starting a game, and make sure they are done downloading

make sure theres no other mods incompatible
this could mean the l4d2 characters (rochelle, ellis, coach, nick) if they also have their bot names changed

hope this helped in some way, theres not much more i can do if its a problem with steam itself
