So, going to leave a friendly comment for all future individuals that come here. This pack requires the original Metropolice Pack that's in the description of this addon. It doesn't state that it requires it, but it does.

They are ragdolls with Metrocop NPC animations, mainly made for HL2RP Gamemodes.
