The price for gas at this station will soon be accurate for Australian games. I love the "Real Gas Station" mod (see previous comment) and this will be perfect for it.

This is a unique building so in the RICO Settings, you have to add "local" to make it commercial.

If you would use it with the "Real Gas Station" mod, then keep it as a unique building and change with Customize It Extended mod the construction cost to 5086 and make available petroleum to fill it up (petroleum is available with Industry DLC).

We also have Mobil gas stations in Australia, we call gas stations servos (service stations) though

The concrete base are curbs props I added for extra detail. They can be found here . I used the same for the stores.

@conno -- I need your help. I use several of these types of assets from the workshop. Why isn't concrete the base for the store(s) and since it's not there, what concrete decal are you using under the store? Keep in mind, Ploppable Asphalt doesn't work for Mac users (me), despite the fact that my newest Mac can use all the other Mac-challenged mods just fine. Thanks a bunch.
