if you have a idea of how mods and their files work it isnt hard to seperate them into just the electronics expecially since alex has allowes free of use and modification, also sorry if how this is worded sounds rude.

You do not need to add DLC tags to mods even if you use DLC items even Contact it has Released Most of its Assets to the Base Game so if you want more people to download your mod just remove the tags its not that hard and it should all still work.
