You probably need to enable prop anarchy and possibly need to disable collision in road anarchy.

How do i add this to the road? It dissappears with move it!

@jesyx A decent Dutch Road sign pack would be great. Like the standards "Wegwijzer". there are some dutch signs in the workshop but they all ofscale and with real names. Just make up some names like "haringdam" or "visdijk" , I can skin something if you need help. haven't done it in ages but I used to do this.
