@Nabbs1 I'm getting load errors on your updated Mineralizer when I add it to an existing game. Is it working for others?

Would it be difficult to implement another recipe where if you put salt water in with salt it will output brine? Kinda like how the desalinator works

This should actually generate energy as the combination of pure salt and water into a mixture incresses entropy. When paired with desalination it can essentially create a flow-battery.
