tired of crashes on map 4 - cannot complete this map for 4 hours, with 4 friends.. don't think we gonna play this again, unless fixed

According to this map, Dniepr River is around Ukraine, Russia & Belarus, right? So, I'm assuming, we're gonna go cover around those three countries...

Notice in the comments, including in part 1, people report it still has problems.

Terrible! No clear instructions on what to do, I couldnt here the one verbal direction from the steady stream of Zombies, still dont know what it said, wondering around for two frustrating hours is a pain in the ass.

Somehow, the campaign doesn't load when I play Co-op. We tried on different servers, but it keeps kicking us out after loading for a bit. Anything on that? Thanks.

last map is just crap.. not only it spawns zombies on you while expecting you complete objectives AND check your ammo count, it ALSO crashes instantly after destroying second barricade..

oh yes. also.. campaign replaces saferoom music for ENTIRE game for some stupendous reason.

contains custom sounds. this wil mute anything you have on most parts of the map. cant hear shove sounds, melee sounds even gun shot impacts, no SI cues or horde queues. theses sounds you added ruined the experience

this campaign was absolutely stunning! the level design was beautiful and felt fairly balanced. the audio was great, and the new graphical introductions were a nice touch.
this map is what chernobyl chapter one wishes it could be. overall had a very fun time, loved the new mechanics and the challenges given. fantastic job!

I have the same problem as ZeRo Coins. Game keeps crashing at Finale. I really loved it other than that.

Some minor bugs, glitches or weird gameplay mechanics - I can give them a pass and turn a blind eye on an insignificant amount of stuff like that. But bad framerate is the BIGGEST immersion breaker for me and alot of other people, and for that I am giving this campaign a dislike. 👎

Fix framerate problems in all four maps of this campaign, improve the campaign's balance and then I will revert my negative rating into a positive one.

I did not even bothered to finish this campaign, I quit at map 3 out of 4, framerate inconsistencies were just too much distracting to even finish this satanic abomination of a campaign.

And no, this is not some sort of "highly demanding campaign" or anything. I have seen way more graphically impressive workshop campaigns that had way better performance than that (for example, Suicide Blitz 2, Urban Flight, Redemption II, City 17). The problem at hand is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lazy creators of this campaign that could not be assed to optimize this campaign properly.

It's sad to see such an amount of effort go to waste due to laziness or unwillingness to keep working on this project further. I am sorry but I abso-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥-lutely cannot recommend this campaign in it's current condition.

Just for the reference, I am running my game with maxed out graphics at 1920x1080, 4X antialiasing, 16X anisotropic filtering, film grain is disabled. On top of that, all my weapons, consumable items, grenades, survivors, special infected and some other miscellaneous stuff have been replaced with MODS. And in all the official campaigns, I can maintain a very high framerate that is in a ballpark of 180-260 FPS, it never drops below 150-160, ever.

Meanwhile this Dniepr campaign... Just look at that imgur screenshot album, this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pathetic. I mean it. FPS drops even as low as 29-30 lmao. People are not supposed to be brute-forcing a 10 year old videogame with eight core i7's or 12 core i9's just to get a somewhat servicable framerate in a ten year old videogame that is running on a year 2008 build of Source engine.

Played sheriff huckleberry's fixed build, but since this here is the original build that will get more attention from creators - I will post my feedback right here.

From aesthetic perspective this campaign is a very interesting idea with alot of potential, but it is executed with tons of flaws.
I don't like the over-reliance on fetch puzzles (collecting parts to process further), stuff like that was NEVER supposed to be a part of Left 4 Dead gameplay routine and stuff like that was never used in official campaigns. That's not how developers intended for this videogame to be played in the first place.

Second, there are not enough medicinal supplies (medkits, pills, adrenaline shots). Item placement needs to be rebalanced in all the maps.

And now we have come to the biggest problem at hand - serious performance inconsistencies.

For all I know it could be a mod causing it. The engine can only take so much. I absolutely love this map though. So nice!!

Absolutely beautiful amazing map. I do have crashes towards the end. When we're on the roof planting charges.
And if you can fix the overrides on other music for stuff too that'd be great!

I had loads of fun with this one. No crashes, no missing textures, all of my custom models (weapons, items, enemies, survivors) showed up just fine. The only problem i ran into throughout was that it seemed like the path-finding of the special infected was a bit wonky. Spitters would spit right into walls, and Chargers were constantly having their charges blocked by random bits of scenery right in front of them. Also, I play with bots in singleplayer and got a bit confused at the end (or maybe my bots did?). After pressing the button to signal the evac, I assumed the door right next to the button was supposed to open, but it never did. Instead I walked through the barbed wire next to that door to get to the truck, but the bots refused to walk through the barbed wire with me and I had to wait for them to die before the level would end.

I keep crashing on the 2nd map near the secret room, every time, two times I entered the room and the game would crash right at the moment I exit it. No error message just game shuts down, Did anyone encounter such thing?

Looks awsome,but unfortunetly it has a HUGE freaking flaw,which is it ads saferoom music,now this wouldn't be a problem if it would of been ONLY for this map,but the music this map ads is used all the time,apart from being the worst thing one can put as a saferoom music =)))) is also a very inconvenient thing,if i want custom music i find or make a mod with it not put my hopes in a map to replace my music,yeah this music from the map CANNOT be replaced by music added by another mod,you have to either choose 1:the nice map but with a ♥♥♥♥ saferoom music which is used ALL the time no matter the map, or 2:unsub from the map despite being an awsome one but BE ABLE to use your custom saferoom music. . .mmmmyeah i choose the later option cuz i love my saferoom music and i won't sacrifice it for a map,grated i would of done it if the music added by the map was nice,but ITS ♥♥♥♥,sry
